HILIARY JOINED HUNT & HUNT IN APRIL 2021. PRIOR TO JOINING US HILIARY PRACTICED IN TAMWORTH IN NSW AS WELL AS IN THE ACT. ALTHOUGH HILIARY HAILS FROM ‘DOWN SOUTH’, SHE HAS QUICKLY COME TO LOVE THE TERRITORY AND ALL THAT IT OFFERS
Hiliary was admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW in September 2017
Hiliary mainly practices in divorce, parenting and property matters. Her experience includes assisting clients in mediations as well as representing clients in Court. Hiliary also practices in DVO matters as well as wills and estates.
Family Law is a complex jurisdiction which can be very emotional for clients, Hiliary ensures that her clients feel at ease as she assists them to navigate through their matter.
In her spare time, Hiliary is studying a Masters in Family Law. She also volunteers as a legal advisor at the Top End Women’s Legal Service, and she is the secretary for the Northern Territory Young Lawyers Committee.
