The scope of our services include but are not limited to:

  • Advice as to the terms of the contract
  • Negotiation of amendments to the terms of the contract
  • Negotiation as to the extension of any critical due dates and time frames
  • Liaising with financing or discharging banks and the booking of settlement with banks
  • Guidance as what inspection reports or special conditions to consider
  • Drafting of special conditions
  • Arranging inspection reports on your behalf and initial review of the reports to highlight key points of concern
  • Negotiation with other party in relation to any issues identified in the inspection reports
  • Basic due diligence such as conducting search of and reviewing Certificate of Title and other dealings which may registered to the title
  • Preparation of all legal documents, including contract of sale if required, in order to transfer legal ownership of the property
  • Preparation of the settlement statement, including adjustment calculations
  • Use of our Trust Account for cash purchases or deposit of proceeds of sale if required
  • Attendance to banks and Land Titles registry to effect settlement
  • Other attendances for example; Bank and Territory Revenue Office if required
  • Notifying relevant authorities after settlement as to the change of ownership
